The hotel had a great location, easily accessible from the airport and the city center. The staff members were super friendly. They created a great vibe. Super tidy, and the bed was REALLY comfortable!!!
The rooftop bar was CLOSED during celebrations with fireworks. They rented the space out although paying guests expected to use it. We paid for that amenity. There was no kettle or iron in the room. This was inconvenient since no room or laundry service was available.

the location is great. a tram station is right outside (very convenient). the hotel has its own unique design and character.
the rooftop bar was closed during fireworks. this was disappointing as i expected to use it (as a paying guest). there was no kettle in the room.

mixed feelings about my stay
acceptable breakfastpoor communicationunfriendly staff
the breakfast was acceptable.
my brother recommended this place, but i was disappointed. some staff were not friendly at all after a very long drive. i found the staff communication was not very good. i expected better service for the price i paid per night (especially regarding basic explanations).

There are no direct trams from the airport. You can take a bus to Luxexpo and then catch the tram T1 towards Lycée Bouneweg. The tram stop for the hotel is Philharmonie, which is just a 5-minute walk away.
